If you have questions on your specific filter, give us a call and we can let you know what you need.

You should plan on getting your heating equipment looked at before the cold season. It's best to start thinking about booking an appointment at the end of summer or early fall. You don't want to get left in the cold and have to deal with high costs for emergency maintenance.

Similar to your heating system, you should look at getting your A/C units ready before summer.

Almost any home can have central air conditioning, but before you make that decision, it's best to get the professionals involved. We'll schedule an in-home visit to make sure you get the best equipment for the job. We'll review the costs involved and alternative options as well.

We understand that AC units are a big investment and having your unit fail on you can be a major inconvenience. Luckily, there are a few signs that'll let you know your AC unit is on its last leg.

If your unit is more than 10 years old

If it's not performing to your standards

If your bill increases significantly

or if your refrigerant needs refilled more and more frequently.

Heating systems should last around 10 years, similar to AC units. That's not to say that every 10 years you need to get a new heating system. With proper maintenance, your heating system can last longer. Usually if your heating system is slow to warm your home, higher bills, strange odors, or loud noises will indicate something is wrong.
